Get on your bike with Skyride Local, every Sunday until the end of October. There are free, led rides to suit all abilities. British Cycling have trained up Ride Leaders, who are on hand to guide you along the routes, give you tips on how to be better riders and help you gain confidence on the roads and bike trails.
