Articles explain how something works — how a fixture is scheduled, how a capacity figure is licensed, how a statistic is produced, what a regulator’s rule says. They are not betting advice, financial advice, legal advice or a tip. Decisions taken after reading a page here are the reader’s own.
Gambling content
The betting section describes licensing and advertising rules and is for readers aged 18 or over. No page here takes a bet or holds money. Before acting on anything in that section, check the operator against the public register, which the section explains how to do.
Accuracy and sources
- Figures, dates, licence conditions and quotations are attributed to the document or provider that published them, named in the piece.
- Rules change and grounds are relicensed. A piece states the position as at the source it cites and is not rewritten afterwards.
- Archive pages from 2008–09 are historical. Dates, prices, opening hours and telephone numbers on them have not been current for years and are marked as archive.
Other people’s material
Photographs are reproduced under the licence shown beneath each frame, with the author named. Quotations from releases, rulebooks and filings are short and attributed. Club, venue and operator names are used to identify them and imply no connection with this site. If you hold rights in something reproduced here and want it removed, write to [email protected].
