European Badminton Championships

The programme’s database lost this record: the page it served under the listing was an internal error message, not an event description. The address is kept because links point at it, and the entry is restored here from what the rest of the archive says.

The continental individual championships were brought to Manchester and staged at the city’s large indoor arena. The national championships listing on this site names the meeting as the event its players were preparing for, which is the only surviving description of it in the snapshot — see English National Badminton Championships. The rest of the diary is in Events.
